To ensure the safety of your belongings whilst in storage, we recommend you have insurance for the duration of your tenancy. Many people assume that if they are renting a storage unit, then the contents of the unit are insured, however that is usually not the case.

Are units Clean and dry?
Our shipping containers are good quality containers, roofed.
What hours can I access my container?
Access is 24/7 but it is preferred that you access between 7.00am and 8.00pm.
Will my possessions be insured while they are in storage?
We have never had an issue with the major insurance companies. To be covered by your current insurance should just take a phone call to your insurer.
Who can access my unit?
You lock the unit with your own padlock, so only people who have both your security gate key and your padlock key can access your unit.
What's the minimum time I can rent a unit for?
One month. When you move in we'll charge you a calendar month plus a $50.00 bond.
